The hotel could not find our reservation, had an attitude, was overpriced, smoking was permitted, bed linens were worn, lights needed room key.

Location was convenient and it was quiet.
The hotel was a little of of the main area but was convenient to metro and bus. Very quiet but did have a lot of groups. Breakfast was also very good.

Very clean, great breakfast different every day.
Desk staff rude and unhelpful. They talked about us like we did not speak Czech.
Very clean, very good breakfast mistake on room but made good on it. Worst desk staff like "faulty towers" on TV. They actually made fun of us in Czech my friend speaks 5 languages perhaps they should try being snotty in Esperanto. ...read more

We didn't request it, but got a suite - great room!
We would like to be closer to the downtown.
We stayed on the executive floor in a suite. The room was great! Overall hotel is very nice, very good breakfast, the staff is friendly enough for Europe:). They even arranged an excursion for us. We would recommend this hotel if it's not important for you to be right in downtown. ...read more
